And they collected about 100 bin bags.

Also, they have gathered at Queen Elizebeth Hall to give blood.

From 6th March, around 100 members are also going to give blood to practice the love of Passover until the date of Passover(5th April).

Around 2,200 places in 150 countries are doing this campaign together.

It is to practice the love of the Passover of the new covenant(5th April), which was restored by Ahnsahnghong the Christ who came a second time.

And 5th March, On Sunday, they have cleand Hyde Town to cheer up people.

And 1st February, they cleaned Bury Town and Eric Street, Oldham which was reported as problem for litters.

31st January, 2012, around 80 members of World Mission Society Church of God carried out clean-up campaign to practice the love of second coming Christ Ahnsahnghong. They have cleaned Cliford Road, an area that already has been reported to be full of rubbish.

29th January, there was a very big festival in China town, in the city centre and it caused a large amount of rubbish to be spread in the surrounding area. As the Church of God is practising the love of second coming Christ Ahnsahnghong they felt it their duty to help and clean up. So yesterday morning the members of the Church of God gathered to clean up the debris.
The Church of God will continue to clean up the whole of Manchester every Sunday and after special events until Manchester is completely cleaned as they feel it is their

duty to spread the love and sacrifice of second coming Christ Ahnsahnghong.

Also around 100 members of the World Mission Society Church of God in Manchester cleaned around Ordsall area in Salford, on land which the Council doesn't own therefore It wasn't cleaned until they got there even though it was in the residential area.
They cleaned Elmira way, back of Tesco and Fit City Ordsall on 29th of January, Sunday. The Church of God carried out cleaning in morning and afternoon and collected around 150 litters plus bulk rubbish such as woods, metals and etc.

The Blood Drive and Environmental Cleanup Campaign on a global scale to heal the sick earth is to be carried out in 150 countries including UK all together. It is the “2012 Worldwide Blood Drive and Environmental Cleanup campaign for the Passover” held by the World Mission Society Church of God (General Pastor Kim Joo-cheol).

The Church of God says that the purpose of this cleanup campaign is to “practice the love of the Passover of the new covenant, which was restored by Ahnsahnghong the Christ who came a second time.” The Church adds that it is also to “inform people of the seriousness of environmental pollution and save lives through blood donation.”

The campaign is to be carried out in about 2,200 places of 150 countries where the branches of the Church of God have been established; including the United Kingdom, United States, South America, Europe, Asia, Oceania and Africa will carry out the campaign together. The Church says that it will keep holding the campaign by April 5, the sacred Assembly of the Passover 2012.

As they carry it out in cooperation with government offices located in each region such as city council, public community centers, it is expected to greatly arouse people’s attention on the importance of giving blood in order to help save lives of many people and environmental pollution.

In Bury, around 100 members of the Church will donate blood and clean up the streets on 4th, 11th 18th March.

The Passover of the new covenant, which the Church regards as important, is the day when Jesus Christ promised the forgiveness of sins and eternal life to those who have bread and wine representing His flesh and blood; Jesus established this new covenant on the night before He was crucified 2,000 years ago.

Following the teaching of Jesus Christ, the Church of God keeps the Passover by eating bread and drinking wine in the evening of the 14th day of the first month in the sacred calendar every year.

As it is name imparts, the Church says that disasters pass over that disasters pass over those who keep the Passover. It originated from the Exodus when the Israelites were protected from the disaster by putting the blood of the lamb on the sides and tops of the doorframes of their houses.

The Church of God believes that Christ Ahnsahnghong is God in the age of the Holy Spirit because he restored the Passover of the new covenant, which was abolished at the Council of Nicaea in A.D. 325 after Jesus ascended. The Church of God says that it is the only church in the world, which keeps the Passover of the new covenant, following the regulations of the Bible on the correct day. This year, the Passover falls on 5th April.

The Church of God keeps the seven feasts in three times according to the Bible including the Resurrection Day and the Feast of Tabernacles as well as the Passover, and it is known as the church that follows every regulation of the new covenant-the Sabbath, Baptism and the regulation of veil.

Christ Ahnsahnghong who established the WMSCOG‏

“And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Jesus.  He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: and he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end,” Luke 1:31-33.
The interpretation of these verses draws one of the defining differences between the World Mission Society Church of God and other Christian or Catholic religions.
While most religions do not believe Jesus has returned to earth the Church of God believes he was born in 1918 – Christ Ahnsahnghong.
“We must not just have faith.  We need to be like the salt and the light of the world,” said Gaurav Gautam of the World Mission Society Church of God. “It just takes 3 percent of salt to purify the world.  To purify it takes 3 percent of salt, so we believe that even if 3 percent of us throughout the world participate that 3 percent can purify the whole world.”
To help spread their beliefs and interpretation of the Bible the Church of God does community service all over the globe.  The organization donated over 4,000 hours of their time, which won them the President’s Volunteer Service Award.
“Throughout the whole world our church is actively participating in volunteer activities, so we can spread the word that if we are all like this how much of a greater society we can live in,” said Gautam.
Last year the church, which is a national organization, held a concert in Korea where they raised about $100,000 for areas that have been struck with disaster.
“We’ve been doing street clean-up and volunteering at nursing homes and disaster relief,” said Gautam.  “When we raised $100,000 our general pastor went directly to the [United Nations] to give that gift to them.”
To further spread their reach throughout the world they are working to establish an organization at UNC Charlotte.  Students interested in finding out more about the Church of God and the university organization can visit www.english.watv.org.

Religious group dances on Auraria Campus, plans to keep at it. – world mission society church of god

A religious demonstration resembling a cheer squad of 12 female dancers wove around Auraria students Feb. 14.

They took over Tivoli Commons dressed in all black clothing and thick yellow scarves, chanting and dancing to upbeat music and trying to spread their message to Aurarians.
The group is affiliated with the Seventh Day Adventists through a church called World Mission Society Church of God.
“We’re testifying that the second coming of Christ has appeared a second time in the human body,” said Michael Musni, organizer of the demonstration and local Ahn Sahng-hong group leader. Ahn Sahng-hong is the new name for Jesus, according to Musni.
Since many members of the religious group are students at Auraria, they have chosen this campus as their weekly destination for their demonstrations throughout the spring semester.
The group hopes to bolster support for a new CCD organization called the Seven Thunders club, which is a campus base for people who share these beliefs.
“We have friends who are in the club and we wanted to support them,” said Anny Meraz, one of the dancers on the self-proclaimed rally team.
“We’re helping by encouraging them and cheering with them and being here so that many students can come and listen to the message that they have to say about the second coming of Christ,” she said.
The women took short water breaks in their five-hour demonstration near the amphitheater outside Plaza. They danced several prearranged sets, accompanied by a group of 14 people in the background who held neon pink lettered signs that read “Heavenly Mother” when held up together.

The background group used a megaphone and chanted, “We love you,” “We are family,” and “I have already come,” an allusion to their core belief that the second coming of Jesus Christ took place in 1918 before he ascended back to heaven in 1985.

The Heavenly Mother slogan refers to the female existence of God, who they believe is a living woman in South Korea called “The Heavenly Jerusalem” or “The New Jerusalem,” by followers of this faith, Musni said.
Metro students are less offended by their mode of communication than other evangelical groups that are infamous on campus for inciting negative crowd reactions, such as the anti-abortion groups.
“It’s not in line with my beliefs, but it’s interesting,” Metro senior Alexa Davis said. “I guess this is the best place to [hold religious demonstrations] because it’s the center of higher education and higher learning, I think having the freedom to do that here is important, but within certain constraints.”
Davis said the group was acting agreeably compared to other religious groups she has seen on campus.
There is little information provided on the banners and posters that the group displays because their message is supposed to be unobtrusive.
“You will see us little-by-little through mass media,” Musni said. “The movement is getting bigger.”
